Question 1

What does Buzzmark do?

Accepted Answer

It writes, plans and publishes your social media in your business's own voice. Give it your website once. It learns how you sound, writes drafts in that voice and plans them into the hours your audience is most active.

Question 2

Who is Buzzmark for?

Accepted Answer

Founders and teams of 1 to 15 people who are good at what they do and want their hours spent on it. A design studio, a clinic, a trade, a small software company, a shop run by its founder.

Question 3

How does Buzzmark learn my brand?

Accepted Answer

Paste your website address. Buzzmark reads it and brings back your colours, fonts, tone of voice, products and the words you use most. You check the result and change anything it got wrong. That becomes your Hive, and you can edit it whenever the brand moves on.

Question 4

Do I need technical skills or my own AI keys?

Accepted Answer

No. You paste your website, check what Buzzmark read, and connect your accounts through each platform's own sign-in. The AI writing and pictures are part of your plan, so there is nothing to set up or pay for on the side.

Question 5

Which channels can I post to?

Accepted Answer

Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Threads and TikTok. Google Business and Reddit are coming soon.

Question 6

Can I run more than one brand?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each brand gets its own social set: its channels, Hive profile, posting slots and time zone. Your plan decides how many brands you run.

Question 7

Will my posts sound like they were written by AI?

Accepted Answer

Buzz is an AI writer, built not to sound like one. Every draft is scored against your Hive, 0 to 100, so you can see how close it is to your own voice. Buzzmark also checks each draft for the phrasing that gives machine-written text away and rewrites it before you see it.

Question 8

Can I change what Buzz writes?

Accepted Answer

Every word. A Buzz is a draft until you schedule it. Edit it by hand, or mark a few words and ask Buzz to rework only those. Ask Buzz shows up to 3 versions beside your original, and Undo takes a change back.

Question 9

Can Buzzmark make pictures and videos?

Accepted Answer

Pictures, yes. Make a picture with Buzz draws one from the post and your Hive profile, and can build it around your own product photos. Growth has 20 a month, Reach 300 and Scale 500. AI video is coming soon on Reach and Scale. Videos you film yourself can be posted and scheduled on every plan.

Question 10

What if a picture doesn't come out?

Accepted Answer

A picture that fails, or that Buzzmark refuses to make, never counts against your month. Try again with other words, or pick one of Buzz's ideas.

Question 11

Where does everything Buzz writes go?

Accepted Answer

Into your Library, under Reach. Every idea and draft Buzz has written for you stays there, used or not, so nothing you've spent a month's Buzz on disappears.

Question 12

What can I schedule?

Accepted Answer

Posts with pictures or video on every platform, threads on X and Threads, polls on X and LinkedIn, carousels on LinkedIn and Instagram, Instagram stories, and videos and photo slideshows on TikTok. One Buzz can go to several platforms, with its own version on any of them.

Question 13

Does anything get posted without me?

Accepted Answer

No. A draft stays a draft until you schedule it or post it. You can move, edit or pull a scheduled post at any time before it goes out.

Question 14

What happens if a post fails?

Accepted Answer

The post shows what each platform did with it. A failed one can be retried, or moved back to your drafts and rescheduled, from the same place. Buzzmark can also email you when a post fails; you choose that per brand in Settings.

Question 15

Can I answer comments in Buzzmark?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Comments from Instagram, Facebook, Threads and LinkedIn come into one list under Reach, where you can reply to them. What you can do with each one (reply, like, hide or delete) follows what that platform allows.

Question 16

Can I connect more than one account on the same platform?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on every plan. Two Instagram accounts can sit in two brands, or in the same one. Your plan sets how many channels you connect in total.

Question 17

What counts as a Buzz?

Accepted Answer

One new piece Buzz writes for you: a post, a thread, a newsletter or an article, from Create, Ideas, Remix or an AI app. A piece that goes out to five channels counts once. Rewrites with Ask Buzz and Hive check never count, and neither do posts you write yourself. Publishing and scheduling have no limit on any plan.

Question 18

How do the launch prices work?

Accepted Answer

Reach and Scale have launch prices until January 5, 2027 or the first 100 launch-price subscriptions, whichever comes first. Paid monthly, they are $36.75 and $74.25 a month for your first 12 months, then $49 and $99. Paid yearly, your first year is $294 or $594, half of twelve monthly payments, then $490 and $990 a year. The price you start on stays for that period after the offer closes. Growth has no launch price.

Question 19

How does the free trial work?

Accepted Answer

Every plan starts with 7 days free for new users. You add a card to begin, and nothing is charged during those 7 days. Cancel before they end and you pay nothing. Otherwise the plan you picked starts on day 8.

Question 20

Why dollars, or euros?

Accepted Answer

Inside the EU the plans are priced in euros, everywhere else in US dollars. The numbers are the same: Reach is $49 or €49 a month.

Question 21

Do the prices include VAT?

Accepted Answer

No. Prices exclude VAT, and it's added at checkout where it applies. A business in another EU country that enters its VAT number pays no VAT with us and accounts for it at home. A Swedish business pays Swedish VAT and can deduct it.

Question 22

What does Coming soon mean on a plan?

Accepted Answer

That part of the plan isn't built yet. The label shows which plans will get it, and it isn't part of what a plan includes today.

Question 23

Can I change plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Move up or down from Settings, under Billing, whenever you like. Stripe works out the difference for the rest of the period before anything is charged.

Question 24

How does yearly billing work?

Accepted Answer

You pay for ten months up front and get twelve. The card shows what that comes to a month.

Question 25

Can I cancel at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel from Settings, under Billing, and your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for. Cancel during the 7 free days and nothing is charged.

Question 26

Can I invite my team?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. Seats are coming soon: 5 on Reach and as many as you need on Scale, with roles and approval before a post goes out. Today each account is one person.

Question 27

Can I use Buzzmark from Claude or ChatGPT?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Connect Buzzmark to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any app that speaks MCP, and ask it to draft, plan or look up your posts. It works inside your plan's limits, and it can schedule a post but never publishes one directly.

Question 28

Is there an API?

Accepted Answer

It's coming soon, on every plan. Until then, the AI apps connection above reaches your drafts, schedule and numbers.

Question 29

How is my data handled?

Accepted Answer

The Privacy Policy says what Buzzmark collects, why, who processes it and what your rights are under GDPR. You can export your account's data from Settings at any time.
